Include these six elements

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
3. Identification of the material to remove with enough information to locate it, including exact NudeBrowse URLs.
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number and email.
5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. An accuracy and authority statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Consent or safety concerns
